2) Instagram Stories

Similar to the first point, Instagram Stories could be a form of video content, but it could also be a photo or fun boomerang.

When you post an IG story, and then make an IG post, you will find that you surprisingly get more engagement.

This is because IG loves it’s Stories feature and will push your post out more if it sees you are on Stories.

You can post a simple quote graphic, behind the scenes of your business, share new updates, or anything else that you think your audience will connect with.

If you want to reach more customers online, you should definitely be using IG Stories.

3) Create BETTER Content

In social media, content. Is. king.

Everything you post should have a purpose, so be intentional with your content.

Ask yourself…

Is it likeable?
Is it searchable
Is it shareable?

Intend for every single post to go viral…even though it won’t, still pretend like it will.

4) Engage with your audience

Last week I checked my daily Instagram average, and it was literally 1 minute.

I realized, WOW I have not been very engaging with my following lately!

Send direct messages, comment on other posts, reply to all of your own comments.

5) Pixel Your Website

Lastly, make sure you put the FB pixel on your website.

Although this a tool used for advertising, you want to put that pixel on your site so you can “train” or “season” it for when you are ready for ads.

This will give you access to powerful custom audiences like people who viewed your videos, people who spent more time on your site, and even people who visited your sales page but didn’t buy.
